ETSP is an active member in CEC Working Groups and is the leading CEC approved supplier of reference and calibrating oils for CEC Tests standard methods.

The CEC means “Co-ordinating European Council” for the development of performance tests for transportations fuels, lubricants and other fluids.

CEC represents the automotive fuels, lubricants, additives and allied industries in the development of performance tests via ACEA (European car manufacturer association), ATIEL (technical association of the European lubricants Industry), ATC (technical committee of petroleum additives Manufacturers in europe) and CONCAWE (The Conservation of Clean Air and Water in Europe) committees.

Membership of CEC comprises representatives from the oil, motor, additives and associated industries. CEC specifies reference fluids for use in engine test and rig test using CEC standard performance test procedure.
